SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India. Please note that this offer is subject to change without notice.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we aim to dispatch the order within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation with their order tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Customers can track their order through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Our shipping policy states that products will be delivered within 2-10 days, depending on local conditions. However, please note that local conditions, such as weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, may impact the delivery timeline. We strive to deliver products as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on the status of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Additionally, we are unable to ship to areas that are not covered by our courier partners. In such cases, we will contact the customer to provide a refund or offer an alternative shipping method.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that a shipment is damaged during transit, customers are advised to contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate the matter and take necessary steps to resolve the issue. In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to track down the package and update the customer accordingly.
